Kelltech Systems designs centralized and distributed lighting-control systems for custom homes, renovations, and selected commercial environments, coordinating load schedules, dimming requirements, keypad locations, engraved button language, fixtures, electrical panels, and automation scenes with the electrical and design teams.
The best lighting-control projects start before electrical rough-in. We review reflected ceiling plans, fixture schedules, dimming protocols, switched and constant-power requirements, keypad elevations, exterior loads, landscape lighting interfaces, and emergency or code-required controls. On retrofit projects, we survey existing wiring and determine where wireless, panelized, or hybrid approaches make sense.

Kelltech Systems begins with site conditions, user expectations, operational requirements, and the systems already in place. We identify infrastructure, power, network, equipment-location, interface, and support decisions before installation begins.
During delivery, our team coordinates with owners, facilities personnel, builders, architects, designers, electricians, IT teams, and specialty contractors. Programming and commissioning focus on repeatable everyday operation rather than a demonstration that only works on turnover day.
At completion, we test the intended workflows, train users, document important settings and equipment, and establish a service path. Existing systems can also be assessed, repaired, modernized, or expanded in phases when a complete replacement is unnecessary.

Ideally during architectural and electrical design, before circuits and keypad locations are fixed. Early coordination gives the electrician, lighting designer, architect, and automation team a common plan.
Can smart lighting work with LED fixtures?
Yes, but LED drivers and lamps vary significantly. We review dimming type, minimum load, fixture behavior, and control compatibility, and recommend mockups when the visual result is critical.
Can you improve an existing lighting-control system?
