Access Control Systems

Turn every controlled opening into a dependable workflow.
Effective access control requires more than mounting a reader. Kelltech Systems coordinates doors, frames, electrified locks, egress, power, cabling, credentials, schedules, integrations, and administration.
From one office entrance to a multi-building portfolio, we design systems that remain understandable for users and manageable for administrators.
- Card, fob, PIN, biometric, and mobile credentials

Questions to consider
Frequently asked questions
Can access control work with existing doors?
Often, provided the doors, frames, locking hardware, power, and life-safety requirements can support the new system. Kelltech Systems surveys each opening and coordinates needed changes with the appropriate door-hardware, electrical, and fire-alarm trades. That review prevents an access-control proposal from overlooking the physical door conditions that determine whether it will work.
What happens if internet service fails?
Most professionally designed systems retain local door schedules and credential decisions when internet service is interrupted. Cloud management, remote commands, or mobile features may be temporarily unavailable, depending on the selected platform and site network. Kelltech Systems documents those dependencies so the owner understands what continues locally and what requires connectivity.
Can employees use phones as credentials?
Many current platforms support mobile credentials, but reader compatibility, phone models, enrollment, privacy, and credential-management policies matter. Kelltech Systems can compare mobile, card, fob, and mixed deployments around the way employees and administrators actually work. A pilot group is often useful before a company changes credentials across an entire property.
Trained and authorized
Manufacturer-backed experience for a better installation.
Dealer certification gives Kelltech Systems access to product training, design resources, technical support, and authorized product channels. Those relationships support better planning, cleaner commissioning, and accountable service for the systems on this page.
Planning for better results
A complete approach to access control.
Successful access control starts with the property, the people who use it, and the outcome the system must deliver. Kelltech Systems evaluates existing infrastructure, coverage and control needs, daily workflows, future expansion, and support expectations before recommending equipment. That planning helps prevent blind spots, unnecessary complexity, and expensive changes after installation begins.
Our Dallas–Fort Worth team coordinates design, installation, programming, testing, documentation, and user training as one connected process. Because Kelltech Systems technicians complete the work rather than subcontractors, clients have one accountable local partner from the first conversation through ongoing service.
We can improve an existing system, take over a platform that needs better support, or develop a new solution alongside owners, facilities teams, builders, architects, designers, and IT professionals. The result is technology selected for dependable everyday use—not merely a list of products.
